About Me

I’m a certified Piladance instructor and NASM personal trainer. Piladance is a brand new custom workout comes from my country, Japan and I am the first and only one who is currently teaching Piladance in the U.S. with the proprietary license. I’ve been instructing Group fitness classes for a total of four years and been influencing numerous people with core exercise which helps weight loss, tone up, correcting posture, core stabilizations/strengths, recovery from light injuries, stress release, and more!

What to Expect

Working on inner muscles helps a lot of things such as correcting posture, core/pelvis stabilization, weight loss, recovery from light injuries, stress release, and more. If you are seeking at least one of those, I am here for you!
