Jenny Mosely from London, England was first certified as an exercise physiologist in 1995 and has over 20 years experience in personal training and group fitness. She is results orientated, NASM certified and can help with your postural alignment to keep you injury free and youthful.
Jenny is able to incorporate resistance training, cardio and Tai Chi to keep workouts exciting and enjoyable. With her wealth of experience she brings energy, patience and encouragement to her sessions.
