About Me

Hi, my name is Laura. I am a certified personal trainer with over a decade of fitness experience.

I also am a published writer with my own fitness column in Boston Man Magazine, a quarterly print and online publication that launched in September of 2018.

I obtained my BA in philosophy and BS in communication from Boston University. Prior to realizing my true calling as a trainer, I was a marketing analyst.

My first foray into the industry was at age 12, when my father began teaching me basic lifts on his Bowflex. The rest was history.

I began training clients at age 16 as a wellness coach at my hometown Y. I was the youngest employee on staff.

I competed in the NPC bikini division for three years, either winning my class or placing 2nd.

What to Expect

Each training session is unique; we never implement the same program twice. You will use a variety of modalities, from bands to dumbbells to sandbags. Movements are dynamic and innovative. I often invent exercises specific to my particular client. Beyond the training session, I can be as involved in your journey as you would like. I am proud to say that many of my clients have become friends who I support and encourage on a daily basis.
