What to Expect
In your first session, we will go over goals and any health concerns you might have, as well as any past or current injuries so I can adjust exercises for you accordingly. Once we get that all sorted out, I will take you through a 20-minute program to show you my training style to ensure we will be a good fit for each other! With each session after that, I will lead you through essential stretches (5 - 10 min) to decrease chance in injury, a short, low impact cardio warm-up (5 min), followed by 45 minutes of an appropriate workout routine that is built specifically for you and your goals.
