What to Expect
Let’s get introduced and discuss your current lifestyle, concerns and together we will form a plan to achieve your goals. Get ready for a health and fitness assessment and a short workout with your trainer. Your private training would not be complete with your bespoke recommendations and plan of attack. I will arrive with all the training essentials and equipment. Keep your training moving in the right direction, with your bespoke training program and me, your motivational coach. To set yourself up for success each session will include your unique workout, stretching, nutrition consultation and reflection on your progress. I am experienced in a range of training methods and will work with you within many of these areas taking into account your preferences. Remember training should be fun. (Circuit Training, Aerobic (Cardio), Strength, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Low-Intensity Interval Training, Body Weight Exercises, Flexibility and Balance, Endurance, Condition and Tone, Barre & Pilates)
