Hi, my name is Cody. I am a very social, driven, and motivational person who loves to help people become the best versions of themselves as possible. I am a personal trainer and group fitness instructor and teach HITT style boot camp classes, spin, and TRX classes as well. The gym is my happy place and I love to share that love with my clients.

What to Expect

Clients can expect our sessions to push them to do things they never realized their bodies capable of. I like to see my clients working hard, but also having fun while doing it. I try to make our time together as enjoyable as possible while also making sure they are benefiting from their time in the gym with me. I believe you have to train your mind, body, and spirit to fully progress and reach your goals. You can’t succeed in one aspect without conquering all three.
