What to Expect
A typical training session will vary according to the needs of the client. A typical session will begin with a warm up, stretching, followed by the routine acclimated to the client's goals, and finished up with an ab routine if not already included in a circuit. Every individual is unique. What works for one person is not guaranteed to work for another. Trial and error is the BEST way to learn. I will research, tweak, adapt routines until we succeed.
