What to Expect
First let me say that training sessions with me are FUN. I never want you to feel like you're working so hard that you hate your program. I have found that you can have fun while exercising. Training sessions with me usually include a warmup, then into intervals and metabolic conditioning. This includes cardio and weights used in an effective and efficient manner to help burn fat fast and build lean muscle. This helps you reach your goal faster and science has shown these methods to work. At the end of the session we always take 10 minutes to stretch. It is extremely important to stretch your muscles at the end of each session to help heal.
