What to Expect
I service clients who have various goals such as weight loss, bulking up, toning up, getting limber, staying healthy, and relieving stress. I provide all of the workout equipment and bring a portable workout bench, resistance bands, and adjustable weights. My clients go through a personalized workout based on their fitness needs. After assessing fitness levels and goals, clients receive hour training sessions that combine weight training, endurance training, and skill-related fitness such as Muay Thai and Krav Maga. Martial arts is completely optional, yet highly recommended. I set realistic and attainable goals while motivating my clients to get the most out of their workouts.
