About Me

I have been a competitive athlete since I was 4 years old, beginning with swim team. Throughout elementary, middle, and high school, I swam, played baseball, basketball, volleyball, and water polo, ultimately settling on water polo as my primary sport. The sport has taken me all over the world via National and Club Teams, as well as brought me to my dream school, UCLA, where I played all 4 years as a Division 1 athlete. I followed my collegiate years with a year of professional water polo in Italy, where I played for a Top 4 European League Team. I am now coaching the sport as well as focusing on my career in fitness and nutrition both to aid athletes and people who want to improve their lives.

Rewinding slightly, I became highly interested in fitness, conditioning, and strength in high school when I realized how important is was for my athletic performance. As I continued with my training, I recognized the other general lifestyle benefits of mindful exercise and nutrition, allowing me to fall in love with improving both my own lifestyle, as well as educating others on those benefits.

What to Expect

I do my best to create an exercise program designed to directly benefit the client as an individual. To me this means not only taking into account the clients schedule, daily activities, body type, and so on, but also basing exercise selection on what a client enjoys doing and feel confident. With that being said, I am not a pushover, so any clients must assume that I have high expectations of them, and I will push them to complete trainings I know they are capable of completing based on their skill set. I am also a very relationship-oriented person, so my one-on-one interaction and dynamic with my clients are very important to me, as I care about not only their physical state, but mental and emotional ones as well.
