Hi, my name is Janine. I love being active and yoga and strength training has helped me stay nimble, strong, and healthy so I can snowboard, run, hike and be outdoors and having fun. I’ve practiced yoga for over 15 years and took my teacher training in 2015. I love to teach all ages about yoga and its benefits. I teach both fast paced Vinyasa style classes as well as restful, restorative style classes and can bring all of this to a private session.
I love helping my personal training clients reach their fitness goals. I aim to create a fun yet challenging experience in each coaching session. My objective is to support and motivate you toward your goals while engaging you and making each workout both fun and challenging. Your goal may be weight loss, building muscle definition, improving your range of motion or focusing on your optimal health. I enjoy working with all age groups and fitness levels and would love to help you toward that goal.
