What to Expect
I start with getting to know the client. I feel as though we will become friends over a period of time so it helps to find out more about them. Previous injuries, pains and aches, illnesses are disclosed so I can get a better feel for the program I design. What the customer wants is first priority to me. Sessions begin with a dynamic warmup for about 10 minutes, followed by strength training of both the upper and lower body. Sessions end with a daily routine which consists of cardio and core and end with a complete stretch down of the entire body. Sessions are scheduled in packages of 6, 8 or 12. Customers can choose 30 mins, 45 minutes or an hour.
