What to Expect
During a training session we will always begin with a warm up which will lead into the specific focus of that day, whether it is an aerobic run/bike/elliptical, weight training day (free weights, machines, body weight), flexibility, power or speed, these days depend on the original plan we put together when we first meet. When we first start out, depending on your training experience, we will typically start out at a lighter intensity/effort so that we can practice proper form and get acquainted with the equipment. I am always happy to answer any questions about why we do something or how something we do works.
