What to Expect
I like to start a session with the clients specific goals in mind. Each session will have a short-term goal, which will get you one step closer to your long-term goal. I typically begin a session with a short conversation about how you are feeling and what your day's interests are. The fitness will usually begin with a warm-up cardio workout, followed by some resistance training which will focus on target goals. I like to push heavy cardio at the end of a session. The cool-down and stretching will be followed by devising a plan for in between sessions. This plan includes nutritional goals for the week, as well as exercises that we learned together being continued while we are apart. Obviously, each individual has different needs and goals, which can cause my plan to vary greatly. It's really all about each individual client!
