What to Expect
We will begin by talking about your previous week and how things have been going with you. We'll talk about your workouts, your nutrition, your progress towards your next goal, as well as any other questions you have for me before we start. Before we begin the workout, we will warm up the muscle groups and/or joints that we will be focusing on for that day. Once you are warm and feel as though you can perform at an optimal level, we will begin the working sets. From here, the workout is very much dependent on your goals and what is important to you.
