Paragon Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, based in Ventura, is very well respected in the Jiu Jitsu community. We are apart of a bigger school known as the Alliance team with origins in Rio and Sao Paulo Brazil. Paragon has been a monster in the tournament scene winning many team titles and producing the best American Jiu Jitsu practitioners to date. Our methods are simple. We combine exceptional and detailed instruction with blue-collar work ethic. In the sport of Jiu Jitsu, there are both physical and technical aspects that must be respected equally. Our focus is to get our students into great physical condition, as well as arm them with the very best Jiu Jitsu instruction available.

Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is composed of a beginner, and advanced curriculum making the sport easy to pick up for anybody. The Jiu-Jitsu program involves learning the better parts of Greco-Roman wrestling, Judo, and submission wrestling for a complete feet-to-floor game.

Our Kickboxing program is an awesome workout involving heavy bags, kicking targets, focus gloves, and Thai pads. Classes are instructed by professional kickboxing coaches, so you will learn perfect technique and avoid injuries. The combination of Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing are perfect for those interested in MMA training.

Our Kids classes are great for confidence and character development as well as bully-busting.
