About Me

I will be training for the Spartan sprint as well as the Spartan Beast race this year. I try to stay active everyday. I played lacrosse for 14 years until a knee injury sidelined me. At that point I began to get into fitness more through rehab. My experience with many different clients through the years has prepared me for any individual or group fitness goals. Nutrition is big part of my day-to-day life to help individuals with making that change is the best part of training.
