What to Expect
After an initial assesment, we will know how you are feeling, & proceed accordingly. Usually we will begin with some yoga, to open & awaken the body. After that, some light to moderate martial arts or simple body-weight movements to further raise the chi and prepare for the transition to the strength training. You will learn how to properly and effectively strengthen your body while also learning to avoid injury, & to ensure you get the most out of your efforts. Special tools at my facility include a full-size cable crossover tower, olympic rings (better than TRX), Hyper-extension Bench (Roman Chair), Punching/Kicking Bag, Focus Mitts, Sparring Gear.
